About Us

Since 2000 Physicians Choice Dialysis has provided essential life sustaining dialysis services to patients suffering from chronic kidney disease. We are a small, community centered, self-funded, private company that partners with local nephrologists in the development and management of dialysis centers.

We currently own and operate clinics in Alabama and Oklahoma, some of which are located in rural communities where access to healthcare, especially dialysis, is limited.

We are also proud to be associated with the American Kidney Fund, ESRD Network 8, ESRD Network 13, ESRD Network 14, and ESRD Network 3.
