Meet Our Team

Kelly Smith joined Physicians Choice Dialysis with over 15 years healthcare experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  Following the completion of her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Delaware, Kelly worked for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in various positions within Global Medicines Development and Business Development. 

Most recently, Kelly was in the Strategic Partnering and Business Development group where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions as well as licensing and divestment of pharmaceutical products.  In 2003, Kelly obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University. 

At Physicians Choice Dialysis®, Kelly is responsible for working with the CEO on the merger and acquisition of new dialysis facilities, all contracting and regulatory requirements for dialysis centers, including Managed Care and CMS.  In addition, she is accountable for companywide Human Resources.
